DESCRIPTION
The 0805B104K500NT is a high-capacitance, Base Metal Electrode (BME) multilayer ceramic chip capacitor (MLCC). It provides a capacitance of 0.1 µF (100 nF) with a ±10% tolerance and a DC voltage rating of 50V. This component is built with a stable X7R dielectric in a compact 0805 chip size and features a nickel barrier termination with 100% tin plating. Due to its low ESR characteristics and non-polar design, it is an ideal replacement for tantalum and low ESR electrolytic capacitors in applications like power supply bypassing, smoothing, and input/output filtering in DC-DC converters and digital circuits.
