DESCRIPTION
The E2EX2Y1 is a shielded, M12 AC 2-wire inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting ferrous metals. It operates on a wide power supply range of 24 to 240 VAC and features a normally open (NO) output with a sensing distance of 2 mm. The sensor has a response frequency of 25 Hz, a maximum leakage current of 1.7 mA, and includes a surge suppressor for protection. Housed in a nickel-plated brass case with a PBT sensing surface, it is rated IP67 for dust and water ingress and is resistant to oil. Its robust construction and standard specifications make it suitable for various industrial automation applications requiring reliable position and presence detection.
