The D6T-44L-06 from Omron is a MEMS thermal sensor. It is small size, high accuracy, low noise, high sensitivity sensor that enables detection of stationary human presence by non contact temperature measurement. 4 x 4 element type Superior noise immunity with a digital output High precision area temperature detection with low cross talk field of view characteristics Unique MEMS and ASIC technology achieve a high SNR Power supply voltage range from 4.5VDC to 5.5VDC Viewing angle in X direction is 44.2° and Y direction 45.7° Current consumption is typically 5mA I2C digital output Hot spot detection Variety of pixel arrays available Applications Industrial, Consumer Electronics, Portable Devices, Sensing & Instrumentation
