DESCRIPTION
The H11L3M is a high-speed optocoupler that optically couples a gallium-arsenide infrared emitting diode to an integrated circuit detector. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3 V to 15 V and has a maximum turn-on threshold current of 5.0 mA. The output incorporates a Schmitt trigger, which provides hysteresis for noise immunity and pulse shaping, and utilizes an open-collector design for maximum application flexibility.
