DESCRIPTION

The MBRD1035CTLT4G is a SWITCHMODE Schottky Power Rectifier that employs the Schottky Barrier principle in a large area metal-to-silicon power diode with matched dual die construction. This device is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 35 V and an average rectified forward current of 10 A per package. It features a very low forward voltage drop, with a maximum of 0.56 V at 10 A (TJ = 25°C), and includes a guardring for stress protection. The MBRD1035CTLT4G is ideally suited for use in low voltage, high-frequency switching power supplies, as a free-wheeling diode, and in polarity protection applications.
