DESCRIPTION

The OPTEK TECHNOLOGY OP505B is a versatile NPN Silicon Phototransistor designed for a wide range of applications. With a spectral response of 850-1000nm, it is capable of accurately detecting infrared light. The phototransistor has a 20° field of view, allowing for precise sensing in a focused area.
