DESCRIPTION
AM-1805CA is an amorphous silicon solar cell from Panasonic's Amorton product line, designed for indoor applications. This glass substrate type solar cell features an open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 4.9V and a short-circuit current (Isc) of 16.5µA under fluorescent light at 200lx and 25°C, with operating parameters of 3.0V and 15.5µA (Vope-Iope). The compact unit measures 55.0 x 20.0 x 1.1 mm and weighs 3.0g, making it suitable for small electronic equipment such as calculators. Amorphous silicon solar cells provide light-sensing capability similar to the human eye and are optimized for indoor lighting conditions up to 1,000 lux.
