DESCRIPTION
The AQH1213AZ is a compact DIP-type solid state relay designed for AC load control applications, featuring a 0.6 A ON-state RMS current rating and 600 V repetitive peak OFF-state voltage. This zero-cross type relay incorporates an integrated phototriac coupler with an LED input stage rated at 50 mA forward current and 6 V reverse voltage, providing galvanic isolation of 5,000 Vrms between input and output. The device operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and supports non-repetitive surge currents up to 6 A in a single 60 Hz cycle. With C-UL (UL1577) and VDE (EN60950-1) reinforced insulation certifications, the AQH1213AZ is well-suited for home appliances such as air conditioners, microwave ovens, washing machines, and industrial equipment requiring compact, reliable AC switching with high dielectric strength.
