DESCRIPTION
The AQY212EHA is a PhotoMOS GE 1 Form A relay designed for low-level analog signal control with reinforced insulation of 5,000 Vrms. It features a 60 V peak AC load voltage rating with a continuous load current of 550 mA (0.55 A) and peak load current of 1.5 A, making it suitable for AC/DC dual-use applications. The device exhibits high sensitivity and low on-resistance characteristics, with a low off-state leakage current of maximum 1 µA, and operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The DIP4-pin package with reinforced insulation is ideal for modem, telephone equipment, electricity plant equipment, security equipment, and sensing applications where galvanic isolation and compact form factor are required.
