DESCRIPTION
AQY284S is a PhotoMOS relay designed for general-purpose switching applications requiring high voltage isolation and low leakage current. It features a 400V peak AC load voltage rating with a continuous load current of 100mA, making it suitable for high-voltage switching tasks. The relay incorporates an LED input with typical operating current of 1.8mA and maximum forward current of 3.0mA, providing high sensitivity and low power consumption. With an on-resistance of 20O typical and 25O maximum, combined with an off-state leakage current of only 1µA, the AQY284S delivers stable, reliable switching without metallic contact parts. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and provides 1,500V AC I/O isolation, making it ideal for modem, telephone equipment, security systems, and sensor applications.
