DESCRIPTION
The AQZ202 is an AC/DC dual-use PhotoMOS solid-state relay designed for switching applications requiring both AC and DC load capability. It features a slim SIL4-pin package with extremely low on-resistance of 0.11 O (typical) and a high I/O isolation voltage of 2,500 Vrms, providing excellent electrical isolation between input and output circuits. The device operates with an LED forward current range of 5–30 mA and supports peak AC/DC load voltages up to 60 V with continuous load currents of 3.0 A, making it suitable for industrial control applications. With a maximum off-state leakage current of 10 µA, low thermoelectric force, and no contact noise or arcing, the AQZ202 eliminates the need for protective diodes and external power supplies in drive circuits. Typical applications include traffic signal control, measuring instruments, and industrial machine automation, where reliable, silent switching and high isolation are essential.
