DESCRIPTION
The 2963721 is a safety relay for two-hand control devices, compliant with EN 574 type IIIC standards. It provides high safety integrity, achieving up to SIL 3 according to IEC 61508, and PL e / Category 4 according to EN ISO 13849. The relay features two-channel control with synchronous activation monitoring of less than 0.5 seconds and operates on a nominal input voltage of 24V AC/DC. It includes two N/O enabling current paths and one N/C signaling path, housed in a compact 22.5 mm wide module with plug-in screw terminals. This device is ideal for ensuring operator safety in machine control systems that require the simultaneous use of both hands to initiate a cycle.
