DESCRIPTION
3473-7600 is a 10-position IDC wiremount socket from the 3M 3000 Series, designed for 0.100" x 0.100" pitch applications with 0.050" pitch flat cable. The socket features a glass filled polyester (PBT) insulation rated UL 94V-0, copper alloy contacts with gold plating (30 µ" on wiping area) and nickel underplating (100 µ"), and stainless steel J clips for high cover retention. It accommodates 26 and 28 AWG solid and stranded wire, with current ratings up to 4.75A per line for 26 AWG. Operating temperature range spans -55°C to +105°C, with insulation resistance greater than 1 × 10°O at 500V and withstanding voltage of 1000V RMS at sea level. This socket is ideal for quick connect/disconnect applications with 3M headers, plugs, and pin strips, offering military polarization options and optional strain relief accessories.
