DESCRIPTION
ASEMPC-48.000MHZ-Z-T is a MEMS clock oscillator designed for high-speed communication applications requiring precise frequency generation. The device operates over an extended automotive temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with ±25 ppm frequency stability, and features multiple output types including CMOS, LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL to support diverse system requirements. It is housed in a compact QFN plastic package measuring 3.2 × 2.5 × 0.85 mm with low power consumption, exceptional phase jitter performance, and high power supply noise rejection of -50 dBc. The oscillator includes a tri-state or power-down function on Pin 1 for flexible system integration and is MIL-STD-883 compliant for shock and vibration resistance. Common applications include storage area networks (SATA, SAS, Fiber Channel), passive optical networks (EPON, 10G-EPON, GPON), Ethernet (1G, 10GBASE-T), PCI Express, and DisplayPort systems.
