DESCRIPTION
F0603HI3000V032T is a SolidMatrix surface mount fuse from AEM's HI Series (High Inrush) designed for 0603 package size with a current rating of 3.0 A and voltage rating of 32 VDC. The fuse features a ceramic monolithic structure with a silver fusing element and silver termination with nickel and tin plating, providing high inrush current withstanding capability. It has a nominal cold DC resistance of 0.030 O and a nominal I²t of 0.72 A²s, with an interrupting rating of 50 A at rated voltage. The fuse operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with de-rating, and exhibits fast clearing times: 4 hours minimum at 100% current rating, 1–60 seconds at 200%, and 0.0002–0.02 seconds at 1000%. This fuse is ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and automotive applications where transient inrush currents must be tolerated while maintaining reliable overcurrent protection.
