DESCRIPTION

The 1181/15C-SL005 is a 15-conductor cabled cable assembly manufactured by Alpha Wire, designed for general-purpose electrical interconnection and signal transmission applications. The cable features 15 individually insulated conductors, each with 22 AWG (7/30) tinned copper wire and 0.010" nominal PVC insulation wall thickness, twisted together at 3.7 twists per foot minimum. The overall cable is jacketed with 0.032" nominal PVC in slate color, with an outer diameter of 0.294 inches (0.310 inches maximum), and is rated for 300V RMS operation over a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. Key electrical characteristics include a nominal conductor DC resistance of 16.4 O/1000 ft at 20°C, capacitance of 33 pF/ft at 1 kHz, and inductance of 0.18 µH/ft.
