DESCRIPTION

The 1219/10C-SL001 is a 10-conductor shielded cable assembly designed for low-voltage signal transmission and control applications. It features 10 individually insulated conductors of 24 AWG (7/32) tinned copper wire with 0.010" nominal PVC insulation, twisted together at 4.8 twists per foot minimum and protected by an aluminum/mylar tape shield with 25% overlap and a 24 AWG drain wire. The cable is rated for 300V RMS operation over a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, with a nominal bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter and maximum pull tension of 39 lbs. Electrical characteristics include a conductor DC resistance of 26 O/1000ft at 20°C, capacitance of 45 pF/ft conductor-to-conductor, and inductance of 0.19 µH/ft. This cable is ideal for industrial control systems, instrumentation, and multi-signal transmission where shielding and organized conductor routing are essential.
