DESCRIPTION
The 1852-YL005 is a single-conductor hookup wire featuring 28 AWG (7/36) tinned copper conductor with 0.010" wall nominal PVC insulation, designed for general-purpose electronic applications. It is rated for 600 V RMS operation and complies with military specifications MIL-W-76B TYPE LW (90°C / 300 V RMS) and MIL-W-16878E/1 (105°C / 600 V RMS), with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. The wire exhibits a conductor DC resistance of 65 O/1000 ft at 20°C and an inductance of 0.07 µH/ft, with a maximum pull tension of 1.37 lbs and a bend radius of 10X cable diameter.
