DESCRIPTION
The 2841/1-WH005 is a single-conductor hookup wire featuring a 30 AWG solid silver-plated copper (SPC) conductor with a nominal 0.006" wall PTFE insulation, providing an overall diameter of 0.022" ± 0.002". It is rated for 250 V RMS and exhibits a nominal inductance of 0.06 µH/ft with a conductor DC resistance of 104 O/1000 ft at 20°C. The wire operates across a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C and supports a maximum pull tension of 0.79 lbs, with a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter. This wire is manufactured in compliance with MIL-W-16878/6 (Type ET) and NEMA HP3-ETXBBA specifications, and is RoHS 2/RoHS 3 compliant. It is commonly used in laboratory equipment, test instrumentation, and aerospace applications where high-temperature performance and reliable signal transmission are required.
