DESCRIPTION
2844/19-GR005 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and precision wiring applications. It features a 24 AWG (19/36) silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal diameter of 0.025 inches and PTFE insulation with a 0.006-inch wall thickness, resulting in an overall insulation diameter of 0.036 ± 0.002 inches. The wire operates over a wide temperature range of -60 to 200°C and is rated for 250 VRMS with a conductor DC resistance of 22.3 O/1000ft at 20°C. It meets MIL-W-16878/6 (Type ET) and NEMA HP3-ETXBEE specifications and is fully RoHS compliant. This hookup wire is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring reliable performance in extreme temperature environments.
