DESCRIPTION
The 2844/7-BK005 is a single-conductor hookup wire featuring 24 AWG (7/32) stranded copper conductor with a nominal 0.006" wall PTFE insulation, designed for general-purpose electrical interconnections. It is rated for 250V RMS and operates reliably across a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C, with a nominal inductance of 0.04 µH/ft and conductor DC resistance of 23.6 O/1000ft at 20°C. The wire complies with military specification MIL-W-16878/6 (Type ET) and NEMA HP3-ETXBEB standards, and is manufactured in compliance with RoHS 2 and REACH regulations. This wire is commonly used in instrumentation, control systems, and aerospace applications where reliable signal transmission and temperature stability are required.
