DESCRIPTION
The 3050-YL005 is a single-conductor hookup wire featuring 24 AWG tinned copper conductor with 0.016" nominal PVC insulation wall thickness, designed for general-purpose electrical interconnections. It is rated for 300 VRMS with operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 105°C and complies with UL AWM styles 1007 (80°C) and 1569 (105°C), as well as CSA TR-64 and VW-1 flame ratings. The wire exhibits a nominal inductance of 0.07 µH/ft and a conductor DC resistance of 25 O/1000 ft at 20°C, with a maximum pull tension of 3.5 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter. This wire is commonly used in control circuits, instrumentation, and low-voltage power distribution applications where reliable insulation and temperature stability are required.
