DESCRIPTION
The 3230-SL001 is a single-conductor shielded cable designed for reliable signal transmission in industrial and electronic applications. It features a 20 AWG tinned copper conductor with a nominal 0.010" PVC insulation wall and 0.003" NYLON inner layer, providing robust electrical isolation. The cable incorporates a tinned copper braid shield with 90% minimum coverage and is jacketed with 0.010" nominal PVC in slate color. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with a 600 V RMS voltage rating, this cable delivers consistent performance in demanding environments. The shielded construction with low ground capacitance (138 pF/ft @ 1 kHz) and minimal inductance (0.05 µH/ft) makes it ideal for noise-sensitive instrumentation, control systems, and signal integrity applications where electromagnetic interference rejection is critical.
