DESCRIPTION
5852-BL005 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and high-voltage applications. It features a 28 AWG (7/36) silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal diameter of 0.015 inches, insulated with a 0.010-inch wall PTFE material resulting in an overall insulation diameter of 0.035 ± 0.004 inches. The wire is rated for 600 VRMS with an operating temperature range of -60 to 200°C, and meets UL AWM/STYLE 1213 and MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E) specifications. Electrical properties include a nominal inductance of 0.07 µH/ft and conductor DC resistance of 60 O/1000ft at 20°C. This RoHS-compliant wire is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring reliable performance in demanding environments.
