DESCRIPTION

5853/19-RD005 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and high-reliability applications. It features a 26 AWG (19/38) silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal diameter of 0.020 inches and PTFE insulation with a 0.010-inch wall thickness, resulting in an overall insulation diameter of 0.039 ± 0.004 inches. The wire is rated for 600 VRMS and operates over a temperature range of -60°C to 200°C, meeting UL AWM/STYLE 1213 (VW-1), MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E), and NEMA HP3-EXBDE specifications. Electrical properties include a nominal conductor DC resistance of 35 O/1000ft at 20°C and inductance of 0.06 µH/ft. This RoHS-compliant wire is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance.
