DESCRIPTION
5854/7-BK005 is a high-temperature hookup wire designed for demanding electrical applications requiring superior insulation and reliability. The wire features a 24 AWG (7/32) solid copper conductor with a 0.010" nominal PTFE insulation wall, providing an outer diameter of 0.044" ± 0.004". It is rated for 600V RMS and operates across a wide temperature range of -60°C to +200°C, meeting both UL AWM/STYLE 1213 VW-1 and military MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E) specifications. The wire exhibits a conductor DC resistance of 23.6 O/1000 ft at 20°C and an inductance of 0.05 µH/ft, with a maximum pull tension of 3.5 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter.
