DESCRIPTION
5855-GR005 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and high-reliability applications. It features a 22 AWG (19/34) silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal diameter of 0.032 inches and PTFE insulation with a 0.010-inch wall thickness, resulting in an overall insulation diameter of 0.050 ± 0.005 inches. The wire is rated for a temperature range of -60 to 200°C and a voltage rating of 600 VRMS, with a maximum pull tension of 5.9 lbs and a bend radius of 10X cable diameter. It meets UL AWM/Style 1213 (VW-1), MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E), and NEMA HP3-EXBFE specifications, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. This wire is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance.
