DESCRIPTION
5856-GR001 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and high-reliability applications. It features a 20 AWG (19/32) silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal diameter of 0.040 inches and PTFE insulation with a 0.010" wall thickness, resulting in an overall insulation diameter of 0.058 ± 0.004 inches. The wire is rated for 600 VRMS and operates over a wide temperature range of -60°C to 200°C, meeting MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E) military specifications and UL AWM/STYLE 1213 with VW-1 flame rating. With a maximum pull tension of 9.6 lbs and a bend radius of 10X cable diameter, this wire is suitable for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance. The product is RoHS compliant and meets REACH regulations.
