DESCRIPTION
The 5876-RD005 is a high-temperature hookup wire designed for demanding electrical applications requiring reliable insulation and conductor performance. It features a 20 AWG (19/32) stranded silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal 0.014" wall PTFE insulation, providing an overall diameter of 0.068 ± 0.004 inches. The wire is rated for 1000 V RMS at temperatures up to 200°C and complies with MIL-W-16878/5 (Type EE) military specifications and UL AWM/STYLE 1180 standards. It exhibits a conductor DC resistance of 8.7 O/1000 ft at 20°C and an inductance of 0.05 µH/ft, with a maximum pull tension of 9.6 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter.
