The wire features a 24 AWG tinned copper conductor (0.024" diameter) with a 0.0095" wall of modified polyphenylene ether insulation, providing an overall diameter of 0.043" ± 0.002". It is rated for 600 V RMS at temperatures up to 105°C and meets UL AWM/STYLE 11028 VW-1 and CSA C(RU) AWM I A/B FT1 specifications, with halogen-free construction compliant with IEC 60332-2 flame behavior standards. The wire exhibits a conductor DC resistance of 25 O/1000 ft at 20°C and an inductance of 0.05 µH/ft, with a maximum pull tension of 3.5 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter.
