DESCRIPTION
The 7053-WH005 is a single-conductor hookup wire designed for general-purpose electronic and electrical applications requiring reliable signal and power distribution. It features a 26 AWG tinned copper conductor (7/34 stranding) with 0.010 inch nominal PVC insulation (irradiated) and an overall diameter of 0.039 ± 0.002 inches. The wire is rated for 150 V RMS at 80°C per UL AWM/STYLE 1429 and CSA AWM I A/B standards, with military qualification to MIL-W-16878E TYPE B at 105°C and 600 V RMS. Operating temperature range spans -55°C to +105°C, with a maximum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter and pull tension of 2.18 lbs. The white color variant is available in standard put-ups (100 ft, 1000 ft, and 10,000 ft spools) and is RoHS 2 compliant, making it suitable for consumer electronics, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
