DESCRIPTION

The 86501CY-SLATE-1000 is an Xtra-GuardÂ® continuous flex data cable featuring a single pair of 26 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors. It is constructed with semi-rigid PVC insulation and robust multi-layer shielding, which includes an aluminum/Mylar tape and a tinned copper braid with 85% minimum coverage for superior EMI protection. This cable is rated for 300 VRMS and has a wide operating temperature range of -10Â°C to 105Â°C (static). The durable, slate-colored PVC jacket provides resistance to sunlight and oil, and the cable has a nominal outer diameter of 0.194 inches. Designed for high-flex-life applications, it is suitable for industrial automation, robotics, and other motion-centric data systems where signal integrity and durability are critical.
