DESCRIPTION
FIT-221-1/16-BK103 is a cross-linked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a minimum supplied inner diameter of 0.063 inches that recovers to a maximum of 0.031 inches, and a nominal recovered wall thickness of 0.017 inches. The tubing operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 90°C and full recovery at 121°C. It is rated for 600V and meets UL Standard 224, CSA Standard 198, and AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 specifications. This RoHS-compliant tubing offers excellent mechanical properties including minimum tensile strength of 1500 psi and 200% elongation, making it suitable for electrical insulation, strain relief, and environmental protection in demanding applications.
