DESCRIPTION
FIT221V1/8-GREEN-25X4 is a green heat shrinkable tubing made from cross-linked polyolefin material, designed for wire and cable insulation and protection. This tubing features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a minimum shrink temperature of 90°C and full recovery temperature of 121°C, operating over a temperature range of -55 to 135°C. It offers excellent mechanical properties including a minimum tensile strength of 1500 psi and minimum elongation of 200%. The tubing meets UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 at 600V, as well as AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 specifications. Common applications include electrical insulation, strain relief, and environmental protection of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
