DESCRIPTION

FIT-295-3/16-BK103 is a semi-rigid cross-linked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. It features a minimum supplied inner diameter of 0.187 inches that shrinks to a maximum recovered inner diameter of 0.093 inches, providing an approximate 2:1 shrink ratio with a nominal recovered wall thickness of 0.025 inches. The tubing operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 135°C, with a full recovery temperature of 135°C and minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. It is UL listed to Standard 224 (VW-1) and CSA certified to CSA 22.2 No. 198, rated at 125°C / 600 VRMS, and meets AMS-DTL-23053/6 Class 1 specifications. This tubing offers excellent mechanical properties including minimum tensile strength of 2000 psi and 200% elongation, making it suitable for demanding electrical insulation and environmental protection applications.
