DESCRIPTION
FIT-321V-1/2-BK016 is a flexible cross-linked polyolefin thin wall heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. It features a 3:1 shrink ratio with a minimum supplied inner diameter of 0.472 inches and a maximum recovered inner diameter of 0.160 inches, with a nominal recovered wall thickness of 0.033 inches. The tubing operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 135°C, with a full recovery temperature of 135°C and minimum shrink temperature of 90°C. It is UL listed to Standard 224 (125°C / 600 VRMS, VW-1), CSA certified to Standard 198, and meets AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 specifications. This RoHS-compliant black tubing offers excellent mechanical properties including minimum tensile strength of 1500 psi and 200% elongation, making it ideal for electrical insulation, strain relief, and environmental protection in demanding applications.
