DESCRIPTION
M33832-BK005 is a seven-conductor shielded cable assembly designed for industrial control and power distribution applications. The cable features seven 16 AWG (7.0/192) bare copper conductors with 0.016" nominal PVC wall and 0.005" nylon insulation, arranged in a twisted configuration at 2.7 twists per foot minimum. The assembly includes a clear mylar tape core wrap with 25% overlap and an aluminum/mylar shield with foil facing inward, complemented by an 18 AWG tinned copper drain wire. The outer jacket is 0.047" nominal PVC in black with printed specifications including voltage rating, temperature ratings, and compliance markings. This cable is rated for 600V RMS, operates across a temperature range of -25°C to +90°C, and is suitable for direct burial and sunlight-resistant applications, making it ideal for outdoor installations, machinery control systems, and harsh industrial environments.
