DESCRIPTION

P1057/16-BK005 is a multi-purpose PVC tubing (PVC-105-16) designed for flexible wire protection in demanding environments. It features a nominal inside diameter of 0.053 inches (1.35 mm) with a wall thickness of 0.016 inches (0.41 mm), and operates reliably across a temperature range of -20°C to 105°C. The tubing exhibits excellent physical properties including a tensile strength of 1800 psi, ultimate elongation of 300%, and self-extinguishing flammability characteristics (UL VW-1), along with a dielectric strength of 800 V/mil. It is compliant with UL Standard 224, CSA Standard 198, MIL-I-631D, and RoHS requirements. This tubing is ideal for wire harnesses and ground strap protection applications where flexible, durable wire management is essential.
