DESCRIPTION
The 2777.0 is an insulated ferrule designed for terminating dual stranded flexible wire (2x16 AWG / 2x1.5 mm²) in terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and other control devices. This ferrule features a black color coding for convenient identification and is manufactured to meet industry standards including CSA Std C22.2 No. 65-93, ANSI/UL Std No. 486A, and ANSI/UL Std No. 486C. The ferrule prevents conductor breakage due to bending, wire stress, and vibration while facilitating reliable wire insertion into terminal clamps. With a stripping length of 12.0 mm and ferrule dimensions of 15.8 mm (B), 8.2 mm (C), 2.6 mm (D1), 3.6 mm (D2), and 6.5 mm outer diameter, this component is ideal for industrial control applications requiring secure and durable electrical connections.
