DESCRIPTION
7211-486 is a polyamide locknut designed for NPT 1/2" threaded applications in cable gland and electrical enclosure assemblies. The nut is manufactured from polyamide 6 reinforced with 25% glass fiber, providing excellent mechanical strength and durability. It features a thickness (E) of 6 mm and a wrench size (SW) of 27 mm, with stainless steel construction available as an alternative. The product operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F), making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
