DESCRIPTION
The AZ2150-1B-12DE is a 40A miniature power relay featuring a single Form B (normally closed) contact arrangement with a 12 VDC coil. This relay delivers maximum switching power of 900 W or 10,000 VA with a maximum switched current of 30 A (Form B rating) at voltages up to 30 VDC or 300 VAC. The contact material is silver cadmium oxide with a contact resistance of less than 20 milliohms initially, ensuring reliable low-loss switching performance. The relay operates with a coil pickup power of 500 mW at nominal voltage, maximum continuous dissipation of 2.2 W at 20°C ambient, and a temperature rise of 43°C at nominal coil voltage. With Class B insulation rated to 130°C and mechanical life expectancy of 10 million operations, this sealed relay is suitable for industrial control applications, HVAC systems, and general-purpose switching where reliable contact performance and compact form factor are essential.
