DESCRIPTION
The AZ8-1C-24DF is a miniature PC board relay manufactured by American Zettler, designed for subminiature applications requiring high sensitivity and reliable switching performance. This relay features a 24VDC nominal coil voltage with a maximum continuous rating of 50VDC, a coil resistance of 1,280 O (±10%), and a must-operate voltage of 18VDC. The contact arrangement is SPDT (1 Form C), rated for light-duty operation with a maximum switched power of 100W or 600VA, maximum switched current of 3A, and maximum switched voltage of 150VDC or 300VAC. The relay exhibits low pickup power consumption of 250mW at nominal coil voltage, operates in 5ms, and releases in 2ms, with mechanical life expectancy of 1×107 operations and electrical life of 3×105 operations at 3A, 120VAC. The device is available in unsealed and epoxy-sealed versions, supports Class B (130°C) and Class F (155°C) insulation options, and is suitable for automatic wave soldering applications in industrial control, telecommunications, and consumer electronics.
