DESCRIPTION
D38999/24WB35SN is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III jam nut receptacle connector designed for military, aerospace, and harsh environment applications. The connector features a crimp-style metal shell with corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction and electroless nickel plating, providing 500-hour salt spray resistance and EMI shielding of -65 dB @ 10 GHz minimum. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to +200°C and is available in multiple shell sizes (9 through 25) with corresponding metric thread options (M12X1-6g through M37X1-6g). The jam nut receptacle mounting style with rear crimp removable socket contacts makes it suitable for panel-mount applications with panel thickness ranging from 0.062 to 0.375 inches.
