DESCRIPTION
L17HTHAS4F1C is a right-angle high-temperature D-Sub connector designed for high-density applications with stamped and formed contacts. The connector features a steel shell with tin over nickel plating, glass-filled thermoplastic insulator (UL 94V-0), and copper alloy contacts with selective gold plating, meeting MIL C24308 specifications. It supports a current rating of 3A at 300V AC/rms (50Hz), with a withstanding voltage of 1000V AC/rms for one minute, insulation resistance of 5000MO, and contact resistance of 10mO maximum. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with short-term resistance to 260°C for 30 seconds, making it suitable for industrial, telecom, and standard I/O connection applications requiring economical, high-reliability through-hole PCB mounting with reflow soldering capability.
