DESCRIPTION
QXP27A4-02D-3 is a 40Gb/s QSFP+ infrared transceiver designed for 2km single-mode fiber optic transmission in 40 gigabit ethernet applications. The module features dual-wavelength operation at 1271nm/1291nm and 1311nm/1331nm, with LC optical connectors and complies with QSFP+ MSA, IEEE 802.3ba, and SFF-8436 standards. It delivers a 40Gb/s data rate with transmit output power ranging from -7 to 1 dBm and receive input sensitivity from -11.5 to 1 dBm, while maintaining low power consumption of less than 2.5W and operating reliably across 0°C to 70°C. The transceiver is electrically hot-pluggable and includes digital diagnostics monitoring interface for real-time performance tracking. This module is ideal for deployment in data center interconnects, metropolitan area networks, and enterprise switching infrastructure where mid-range single-mode fiber connectivity is required.
