DESCRIPTION

The XGXP-1396-10D is a 10Gb/s 1310nm SFP+ optical transceiver designed for long-reach single-mode fiber (SMF) transmission up to 10km. It features a DFB laser transmitter and PIN receiver with data rates up to 11.1 Gbps, operating at a wavelength of 1310nm and supporting 10.3125 Gbps data links. The module includes a metal enclosure for reduced EMI, integrated 2-wire digital diagnostic monitoring per SFF 8472 specification, and operates from a single 3.3V power supply with power dissipation below 1.2W. It is compliant with SFP+ MSA standards with LC connector and supports 10GBASE-LR/LW and 10G Ethernet applications, making it suitable for high-speed data center and telecommunications networks requiring reliable long-distance optical connectivity.
