DESCRIPTION
The 10025026-10203TLF is a PCI Express card edge connector designed for high-speed data transmission applications. This 98-position straddle mount assembly features a copper alloy terminal construction with lead-free plating (LF designation), ensuring RoHS compatibility. The connector housing is manufactured from high-temperature nylon glass-filled material rated UL94V-0, with a finish of 100 µm tin over 50 µm nickel underplate for enhanced durability and signal integrity. The connector accommodates an 8-port configuration with dimensional specifications including a maximum length of 56.00 mm and contact area dimensions of 43.30 mm, designed to withstand reflow solder temperatures of 260°C±5°C for 5 seconds.
