DESCRIPTION

The 10090926-P444XLF is a 44-pin D-SUB male right-angle connector designed for high-reliability applications requiring robust electrical connections. It features a rated voltage of 250V and rated current of 2.5A, with contact resistance of 25 mO maximum and insulation resistance of 5000 MO minimum at 500V DC. The connector is constructed with thermoplastic insulators (UL94V-O black), copper alloy contacts with gold-flash or 30µ gold plating over the contact area, and carbon steel shell with nickel plating. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with a dielectric strength of 750V RMS, this connector supports 200 mating cycles minimum for gold-flash or 500 mating cycles minimum for 30µ gold finish. The right-angle configuration with UNC #4-40 screw locks makes it ideal for space-constrained PCB applications in industrial, telecommunications, and instrumentation equipment.
