DESCRIPTION
The 10106127-8004001LF is a PwrBlade+® connector designed for next-generation AC/DC power distribution in demanding applications requiring high linear current density and low power loss. It features high power contacts rated up to 58A per contact at 30°C temperature rise in still air, with contact resistance of =0.7mO after environmental exposure, and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The connector incorporates an optimized high-power contact design with a highly vented housing (UL 94 V-0, halogen-free), achieving 192A/linear inch with eight adjacent high power contacts energized simultaneously. With 500 mating cycles durability and a 5.08mm contact wipe distance for high power contacts, this connector is ideal for AC/DC pluggable power supplies, networking equipment, industrial PCs, industrial controls, medical devices, and EV charging applications.
