DESCRIPTION
The 10159549-116KALF is a WireLock® receptacle connector designed for automotive-grade wire-to-board connectivity with a 1.80mm pitch and double-row configuration. It features a nominal current carrying capacity of 2A per contact, low-level contact resistance below 15mO, and dielectric withstand voltage of 1000VAC, ensuring reliable electrical performance. The connector supports cable wire gauges from 22AWG to 26AWG and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. It incorporates Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) and Connector Position Assurance (CPA) for enhanced reliability, with a maximum mating/un-mating force of 75N and terminal insertion force below 5N per pin. This connector is ideal for battery management systems, on-board chargers, lighting systems, and advanced driver assistance systems in automotive applications.
